Is there a pick up/drop off service provided to the tour?

Yes, all tours offer complimentary door-to-door pick up services from most inner city accommodation providers. As it is not practical to stop at every accommodation provider we will endeavor to arrange a pick-up at a nearby location for your convenience.

How can I know which hotel is closest to the pick-up spot?

You could find the hotels via www.google.com.au based on the pick up/drop off spot address we provided to you. You also can find the closet pick-up spot if you input your hotel address into “Location Helper” which is beside our tour introduction on www.Tripsoz.com

Where can I find detailed information such as pick up point for my tour?

Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination and meeting point etc., are included on your Confirmation Voucher which will be issued to you at the time of completing your booking.

What is my tour departure time?

The departure information of your tour can be found on your Trips OZ voucher in the confirmation email.

Do you provide airport pick-up service?

No, we only provide the tours service, there is no airport pick-up service provided.

Do you pick up from private address?

Whilst our tour operator’s offers complimentary pick up services from most inner city accommodation providers they do not pick up from private residences. When you make your Booking you will be asked to provide your address and we will advise you of the nearest and most practical pick up for you.

How can I change my pick-up location?

We strongly recommend you to inform us 48 hours in advance if you wish to change your pick up location. It is essential for you to advise us of this so that we can make suitable arrangements for you. About Booking

Do you provide Travel Insurance for customers?

Trip OZ does not offer Travel Insurance. We strongly recommend you take out cancellation insurance. By purchasing a cancellation insurance policy you can reduce your risk of being subject to various fees and unexpected costs as a result of unforeseen circumstances and changes. 

Do you provide information for Visa and passport requirements for the tour?

We do not provide information on Visa and passport requirements. It is strongly recommended that all travelers should check and confirm their visa status before traveling abroad.

Are there any discounts for people traveling in a group?

Please contact Trips OZ customer service team via email or hotline directly and we will be able to offer special discounts for people traveling in a group with more than 9.

I don't know what date I'm traveling yet, can I book a product and leave it open dated?

You can book any date you want and change the date without penalty provided you advise us 14 days before the date you originally booked to travel on.

When and how can I receive my booking confirmation?

What should I do if my credit card displays an “error” when booking?

Trips OZ uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card. How can Trips OZ ensure the payment security?

Do I have to print the confirmation email and voucher?

There is no need to print out a voucher, just simply write down your booking reference number or take a picture for it with your mobile phone, and have it ready before you board on the bus.

Trips OZ will send the confirmations emails to you within 24 hours. If you haven’t received the confirmation within 24 hours after your booking please contact us urgently

Does the tour have different departure times?

Departure times can be found on each tour and activity information page. The different pick-up spot has the different pick-up time. If you have made a booking, this information is included in your confirmation voucher as well.

How far in advance can I book?

All tours on Trips OZ website indicate how far in advance a travel product can be booked at that time. If the date you want is outside this range, please contact the Trip OZ Customer Service Team via email or hotline, we will try our best to help your booking.

What if I do not have an ID?

ID is not required to join a tour.

How do I receive confirmation and my voucher if I do not have access to my emails?

Trips OZ Customer Service will advise your booking reference number and some other tour details. We also can send messages to your Facebook or other social media or mobile channels to keep you in touch with us. We will advise by these channels after your booking.

What do I do with the voucher?

You will receive a confirmation email, which is the voucher that we send it to you. There is no need to print the voucher. You will need the booking reference number to board on the vehicle, which is included in the voucher, which is unique to your booking and is your proof of purchase. There may be separate instructions on your voucher under the Important Information field, please read these in advance of your travel service.

Do I require passport or any sort of photo ID?

No, you only need your booking reference number with you.

Can I have more discount if I book more tours?

Trips OZ will offer regular promotions for different products. But there is no guaranteed discount for multiple bookings.

What can I do if I want to change the traveler names in my booking?

Trip OZ specialize in a variety of day tours throughout Australia but cannot offer customized tours.

Can I book a vacation package through your website?

About Cancelation

What are the penalties if I cancel my booking?

You can find the cancellation rules in the Terms and Conditions section on our website. Simply click on the link Terms and Conditions and find the information you need. You can also find the information in your confirmation voucher if you have a confirmed booking.

What happens if the tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances?

Please contact Trips OZ Customer Service, and supply us with your tour booking Reference number, and we will process you’re booking cancelation and refund to you after we check with operators.

What if I will not arrive in time to confirm 24 hours in advance?

There is no need to reconfirm your Booking once you have been issued with your tour confirmation. The booking is fully confirmed once the confirmation has been issued unless we have specifically asked you to contact us upon arrival into Australia.

What can I do if I cannot arrive in time for the tour I have booked?

If you know this is going to happen please contact us urgently so that we might be able to arrange for you to travel at a later date. However you need to be aware that we cannot promise you a refund as the normal terms and conditions applying to cancellation fees will still apply.

What happens if it rains, or if the travel service provider cancels on the day?

If the tour is going to be cancelled then you will be given at least 24 hours notice. Tours are never cancelled on the day of departure unless a major incident causes this such as flooding or fire. It is normal practice if a tour needs to be cancelled you will be given the opportunity to travel on an alternative date or your money will be refunded in full.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

We kindly remind you to select your tour carefully. There is no guarantee that your tours can be changed once your tour has been confirmed after your booking. For the information of booking cancelation, you can find the cancellation rules in the Terms and Conditions section on our website.
