TripsOZ brings you into the amazing Uluru – Kata Tjuta National Park. When you heading toward the iconic Uluru, you’ll take in the sites of Kata Tjuta (Olgas). This unbelievable structure of rock domain extends six kilometres into the ground and is the remains of erosion that began more than 500 million years ago. Aboriginal people have lived in this area for 22,000 years.
When you arrive the Sunset Viewing area, you’ll be served from a wide range selection of Australian wines and nibbles while you are enjoying the beauty of your surroundings. You can walk around the Sunset Viewing Area to discover your own personal space for the amazing sunset moment.
Arguably, Australia’s most iconic, Uluru (Ayers Rock) stands 348 metres high and most of its mass is below ground level. Therefore, visitors can view its incredible size, presence and inherent spirituality.
During the sun sets over western horizon you’ll be witness to the olympian presence and different shades of colour for which Uluru is most famous.
